清蒸深海大眼雞
材料：
大眼雞魚2條
薑1小舊
處理：
1. 大眼雞，清水洗乾淨，放碟上。
2. 薑，去皮，切絲，放魚上。
烹調：
1. 大火在鑊中煲滾1鑊水。
2. 大火蒸10分鐘。
3. 蒸好，灒滾油，加入生抽。
4. 完成，可享用。

Preparation:
